Our goal is to be a positive impact and presence in our community while portraying Compass North Church’s life-giving culture to love and serve those in need.

Annual Serve Day
Serve Day provides churches across the world with opportunities to do serve projects within their local communities. Sharing the love of God through practical acts of kindness. You can participate by providing skills, donating supplies, or lending a hand where needed.

Celebrate Recovery
Every Monday night from 7 to 9 pm. A Christ-centered 12-step program for all hurts, habits, and hang-ups.
Our current needs in this ministry are volunteers with a heart to pour into the children of the families attending. Curriculum provided.

Mobile Dream Fleet - A Dream Center on Wheels
Creating a block party atmosphere in food-insecure neighborhoods. Sharing the love of Jesus by providing hot meals, free haircuts, bounce houses, needed resources, & a whole lot of fun!
You can join our Dream Fleet team by volunteering your time on a scheduled date.

Community Family Outreach
We partner with Bridges Learning Center, Akron Pregnancy Services, and local schools.

Christmas Giving Tree
Faith & Blue
A table top resource event connecting law enforcement & faith leaders with the community.
You can represent Compass North Church at this event by volunteering to host our table.
First Saturday in October. 10/5/2024
Rahab
We partner with this ministry as they work in the restoration of women’s lives directly affected by sex trafficking.
Women can contribute to this ministry by creating bi-monthly gift bags that reflect the love of Jesus for the women Rahab is ministering to.
Fill The Needs
- Individuals going through cancer or a serious illness
- Hygiene bags to be distributed at our Dream Fleet Events
- Winter warming items for our homeless resources
Hope Café
Partnering with Akron Bible Church and their Friday night “Feed the Need”. Hot meals for all who come.
Anyone can donate prepared food and men can participate by volunteering that night.
3rd Friday bi-monthly
Annual Golf Outing
Join us for a fun day of golf and community! This event helps support Impact 330 so we can continue to be a blessing to the community.
You can participate by registering a team, being an event sponsor, donating a raffle basket, or volunteering to serve at the event.
